2023 is the year to be well! Integrative Healthcare Solutions is on a mission to raise the bar for people in recovery. Join us for an eight-week holistic wellness program that will give you what you need to get well, stay well and be well. Connect with a community of people who understand what you're going through and support each other on your healing journey. Learn education, tools and tips that balance your body, mind and spirit. Experience services that bring natural detoxification and restoration leaving you feeling refreshed.  

This program will be held at Raffa Yoga/Urban Sweat in Cranston. We will be utilizing Urban Sweat which consists of six different saunas and steam rooms to detoxify and restore your body, mind and spirit. You can see this on the Raffa Life Website below.

1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5

What to bring to the program?

• A non-glass refillable waterbottle
• 1-2 towels
• flip flops or something similar for your feet
• cotton clothing to sweat in and a change of dry clothes to go home in
• pack a light snack if you think you might get hungry

You will have access to their showers (bring your hairdryer) and lockers to utilize during the program.
